Shattered Highways is a tabletop wargaming system is designed to be played with modified Matchbox & Hot Wheels sized vehicles. You control your hero and their band of warriors as they roar across the wastelands ramming & shooting their enemies until someone dies in a blaze of glory!
The aesthetics and mechanics of this system are heavily inspired by the Mad Max movies, especially Fury Road. It can easily be adapted for Death Race style games and many other universes.
The system uses a “rolling road” concept, where the vehicles are assumed to be traveling along at speed, so all movement is done relative to the pack, rather than along the table. This both simplifies the rules and allows it to be played on a regular sized table.
